Global Healthcare Resources Becomes Certified

The Alliance is pleased to announce that Global Healthcare Resources is the newest company to become a Certified Ethical Recruiter. They are currently one of only five companies around the world who have received certification. In addition to O’Grady Peyton International, they are only the second member of the trade association American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) to become certified.

Global Healthcare Resources specializes in the placement of foreign-educated nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and allied health personnel to hospitals, nursing homes, and other health providers. Dennis Light, President, stated “we are committed to recruiting only from countries that have an abundant supply of health personnel. We also promote the social transition of our recruited health professionals, which helps them establish roots in the community.”

By becoming certified, Global Healthcare Resources demonstrates its commitment to the practices contained in the Voluntary Code of Ethical Conduct for the Recruitment of Foreign-Educated Health Professionals to the United States (Code), as well as to the Alliance’s monitoring program. The Alliance monitors compliance with the Code by surveying health professionals recruited by certified companies.
