The Alliance Certifies Karma Services as an Ethical Recruiter

The Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices, an independent division of CGFNS International, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has approved Karma Services as a Certified Ethical Recruitment company.
“Certification by The Alliance affirms an organization’s commitment to ethical, responsible and transparent recruitment practices and allows certified members to stand as leaders in their field,” says Alliance Director Mukul Bakhshi. “Our independent monitoring process ensures that recruiters live up to their commitments.”
The Alliance’s robust standards have been jointly negotiated with a range of stakeholders. They are supported by the World Health Organization’s Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.
